Strayborn, Book #1 (V. Chronicles)
Status: Final Proofreading stage
Expected release date: 2017
Genre: Science Fiction & Fantasy / Speculative Fiction
First written: The series’ Universe was created back in 2000. But this particular story I began writing in 2009.
Living with the enemy. That’s what happens to Cyrus Sole when her elvish hometown chases her out for being a half-blood with Elemental powers. She ends up on the doorstep of another kingdom, at the elite D.G. League Academy, where she can train and master her power over metals, but there’s a problem: it’s a school for boys, and in the capital city of elf kind’s bitter enemy.
Disguised as a boy and leaving everything familiar behind, Cyrus enters the foreign school to learn Elemental Manipulation. Placed in odd Floor Harlow, with a secretive Master and the strangest of students, she must battle her fears and inner doubts while maintaining a false identity. But with reoccurring nightmares of her mother’s cold murder case, and whispers of Cyrus being some reborn Swan Princess from 2000 years ago, things get complicated and she finds herself caught between lies, racial tension, and an old legend that could spell her undoing and untimely demise…

Genre: Steampunk Fantasy
My name is Madnes Hatter, and I’ve been given a terrible job and special power. A power that lets me see creatures from another world, Wonderland, as they mingle with our island home; a power that has forced me to play guardian of two worlds. Did I want this gift? No. Am I glad I have it? No. If anything, it’s become another burden in my already crazy life. But I should begin from the beginning, right? That way you can understand what’s going on, and why my life is so crazy. Welcome to Okinala Island, and don’t say I didn’t warn you…
