Haiku for RonovanWrites Weekly Haiku Challenge—a fun activity and contest that is open for everyone to participate, and helps keep our creative writer’s brain active! This week’s words: Miracle & Save.
“Hope”
“I’ll save you, somehow,”
The girl rose from Mother’s side
“Miracles are real.”
~
“Bravery”
The army approached.
No miracle could save them,
But she would not run.
The arrow flew from her hand
To pierce the orc’s chest.

Awwww, the first one is so sweet. I could picture a daughter determined to save her mother’s life. The question is, does she use herbs? Medicines? Other natural remedies? Or does she use magic? 😉
