These are both really beautiful. Though, the moon trailing its glimmering light across the water just might be my favourite image in there. 🙂

Very nice haikus, once again! I especially liked the first one. The idea of magic bringing hope into the world is always heartening. I can almost picture something cradling an orb of white light in the palm of their hand, then letting it drift up into the darkness to light their path.
