Haikus: A Turkey’s Plea & A Haiku Is

My haikus for RonovanWrites Weekly Haiku Challenge–a fun activity and contest that is open for everyone to participate, and helps keep our creative writer’s mind active! This week’s words are: Haiku & Mind.

“A Turkey’s Plea”
This Thanksgiving please
Mind the turkey’s will to live,
Spread vegan haikus.

“A Haiku Is…”
What is a haiku
But a sonnet from the soul,
Releasing the mind.

  1. Both really good. I now feel really sorry for the turkeys. Not that I didn’t before, I just try not to think about it. A sonnet from the soul. I like that. 🙂
